Soul Returns Policy

A refund or shop credit will be available if the goods are returned within 14 days in its original condition i.e. in its original box/packaging with the labels still attached. We also require a note to explain the reason for the return. The customer will be responsible for paying postage and packaging for the returned item. When we issue a refund, we will only refund the Value of the item and not the postage unless of course the goods are deemed to be faulty.
